Arial Dunson PA-C has worked in Primary Care prior to joining Dr. Fabito. She has a great
understanding of physiology, pathology, anatomy, and pharmacology. She has worked with Dr. Fabito for the last 2 years.

Ruel Mariano NP recently joined Fabito Anesthesia & Pain Specialists PC. He has worked in multiple health care environments including Surgical Operating Rooms, Post-anesthesia care units, and outpatient settings.

DR. DANIEL E. FABITO MD

Dr. Daniel E. Fabito MD completed a General, Trauma, Transplant Surgery Internship, Anesthesiology Residency at St. Louis University School of Medicine and an Interventional Pain Fellowship at Tufts’ University School of Medicine. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology, Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology Sub-Speciality Pain Medicine, Diplomate of the American Board of Pain Management, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians. He also holds an ABIPP Opiate Competency and Certification. He serves as the President of the American Society of Interventional Physicians, Nevada. He is an adjunct Professor for Touro University School of Medicine and Physician Assistant School. He recently served a term of 2 years as Chairman of the Medical Executive Committee of St. Rose Parkway Surgery Center.

Arial Dunson PA-C
Arial Dunson PA-C completed her Physician Assistant Degree at Touro University. She has worked in Primary Care prior to joining FAPS. Her background in Primary care affords her the ability to provide a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to treating pain. She treats pain as a complex condition, rather than a symptom which allows her to individualize your treatment. She provides an effective and efficient pain management approach aimed at recovery, recuperation, emotional and physical well-being.

Arial Dunson PA-C completed her Physician Assistant Degree at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She has worked in Pain Management prior to joining FAPS. Her prior background in Pain Management affords her the ability to manage Spinal Cord Stimulation and Pain Pump Delivery systems appropriately. She focuses on the treatment of the whole person including mind, body, and soul.
