SERVICES

Pain is a multifaceted condition that impacts each person differently. We recognize that each patient is unique.  We tailor an individualized targeted approach to relieve suffering and restore functionality. Additionally, we use a broad treatment strategy in order to minimize exposure to opioid therapy and its associated risks--optimizing results while minimizing negative impacts.

Our emphasis is on treatment of the whole patient. We recognize that pain affects all aspects of patient and family life. Our goals are to work with each patient as an individual, to manage pain with multiple modes of treatment, and enable an early return to optimal activity.

Conservative Approach

Dr. Fabito employs a conservative approach first.  After your first consult, he helps identify the root of your pain.   He works closely with Nutritionists, Physical therapists, Massage therapists, Accupuncturists, and mental health therapists.

Pharmacolgic Approach

Dr. Fabito is one of the few Quadruple Board Certified Anesthesiologist and Pain Medicine Fellows in Las Vegas.  He holds the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians Opiate Competency and Certification.  His goal is to limit the use of opiates and utilize a multi-modality approach to managing your pain.

Interventional Approach

As an Interventional Pain Fellow from Tuft's University in Boston, MA, you can have the confidence that Dr. Fabito will recommend and perform the appropriate Interventional technique for you.

Advanced Techniques

Spinal Cord Stimulation Trials and Implants.  Dr. Fabito is one of the few Surgical trained, Anesthesiologist, and Interventional Pain Fellows in the country.  He is able to perform both the SCS Trial and Implant.  Since he is able to perform the SCS implant, there is no need to go to a Spine Surgeon for the implant.  The advantage is that Dr. Fabito does not need to take bone out to implant the SCS unlike the Spine Surgeon. The advantages of Dr. Fabito's implant include: 1.  Shorter Recovery Period 2. Reversibility of the Procedure 3. No additional instability created by removing bone as required by a Spine surgeon.

Dr. Fabito has been a pioneer of SCS in Las Vegas,  He performed the first Wireless SCS trials last Feb. 2015.  He was one of the first Interventional Pain Specialists to perform the High Frequency SCS trials and implants in early 2017.  He has been featured on Fox 5 News for his dedication and work.
